Background
The client, a luxury jewellery brand, approached me with the challenge of enhancing their Shopify website’s conversion rate. The existing website was basic and outdated, leading to suboptimal user engagement and a low conversion rate. The client needed a complete overhaul of the website’s design and functionality to attract and retain visitors, ultimately driving higher sales.
