The client, a luxury jewellery brand, approached me with the challenge of enhancing their Shopify website’s conversion rate. The existing website was basic and outdated, leading to suboptimal user engagement and a low conversion rate. - Font Selection: Given the luxury positioning of the brand, I opted for serif fonts to convey elegance and sophistication. The sans-serif elements were light-toned to maintain readability without compromising on the luxurious feel.

- Live View Count: I incorporated a feature displaying the number of people viewing the site at the same time. This functionality created a sense of urgency and social proof, encouraging visitors to make quicker purchasing decisions.
- User-Generated Content: To make the website more engaging, I integrated reels showcasing user-generated content. This not only added vibrancy to the site but also helped build trust among potential customers.
- Video Testimonials: Adding video testimonials where customers shared their positive experiences with the brand provided social proof and authenticity, further persuading visitors to convert.
- Optimizing Content and Layout
